Zelda Wii U to give something new to the game

Nintendo is one of the most influential company producing lots of interesting games. Since skipping E3 in the year of 2015, Nintendo Company hasn’t revealed any information on the upcoming Legend of Zelda title on the Wii U.  And there were also several delays to the title, there was no official logo to be displayed. All of these things has led Nintendo fans to think that Wii U won’t come out until next year in spite of Nintendo claims that Wii U is still scheduled for release this year.

In the latest Famitsu gaming magazine issue, producer Eji Aonuma confessed that his team has been busy and revealed that the game development is coming to a close. He also mentioned that he was responsible for the in-game text as well as character dialogues for this upcoming Skyward Sword of Zelda Wii and everything in the game is progressing well and is pretty well-shaped.

The biggest takeaway from this interview came when Aonuma said that Nintendo hopes the Legend of Zelda Wii U will provide players with something new and surprising like in the Ocarina of Time, the first 3D entry in the RPG series and the base of their secret sauce. He also mentioned that

"But this time, the change in flavor will be like going from Japanese food to Western-style food. Perhaps, players will be surprised"

"Please look forward to it, because I think we'll be able to make 'something new' like Ocarina of Time was."

Nintendo hasn’t given any official confirmation even if rumors are pointing Zelda Wii U is scheduled to launch this holiday season. And maybe a version of the game for NX system is planned to launch this year also.

The game title is still a secret. And all we got is a vague release date of “sometime in 2016”. So we can hope for Zelda Wii U at E3 in this June.

Let’s wait for Nintendo new secret sauce and hope it’s not rebranded Mac Sauce. Check out here for upcoming games and apps news!
